The Christmas Usb charging cables are a great product for that unique gift for family and friends. It is fun, Christmassy as well as being compact for purse or business case. The variety of patterns enabled me to make sure evryone had their own fun gift. 1) missed the deadline
2) never apologized
3) it cost me an extra 654 USD to get them out of customs.
4) terrible customer service
5) they were happy to take my money but never once helped to make sure I was ok.
6) they still have not followed up with me even after I told them the problems
